St.Barnabas school believes we should provide all members of our school community with invitational opportunities to EXPLORE, ENCOUNTER and EXPERIENCE prayer.

These range, from traditional to creative.

Prayer in St.Barnabas school can be still and reflective or active and interactive such as our regular ‘pop up prayer spaces’.

Our Lunchtime Prayer

For tasty food when we are hungry,

For the people who work to grow it,

For those who made and cooked it,

For those with whom we share it,

And for you, Our Father God, who gave it,

We say a special thank you

End of the Day Prayer

Lord, keep us safe this night,

Secure from all our fears.

May angels guard us while we sleep,

'Til morning light appears.

Amen
